Call for the granting of subsidies for hiring within the framework of the Horizon Employment Program for the year 2026. Second. Beneficiaries. The following may be beneficiaries of these subsidies: a) Local entities of Castilla-La Mancha and entities linked or dependent on them. b) Companies, whether natural or legal persons, labor or cooperative societies and communities of property. c) Associations, foundations and other non-profit entities. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 148/2025, of October 8, of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for hiring within the framework of the Horizonte Employment Program, published in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha number 201, of October 17, 2025. Fourth. Financing and amount of subsidies. 1. The aid will be financed from own funds, co-financed with the FSE+ Program of Castilla-La Mancha 2021-2027, and from finalist funds from the expenditure budget of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Employment from the State Public Employment Service (Ministry of Labor and Social Economy), distributed by the Sectoral Conference of Employment and Labor Affairs, and will be allocated to the 322B "Promotion and Management of Employment" program, managed by the General Directorate of Employment, and to the budgetary applications of articles 46, 47 and 48. 2. The amount of credit available for the year 2026 is 4,970,000 euros. The amount of the subsidies will be 12,000 euros for each person hired who falls into Social Security contribution groups 1 and 2 and 10,000 euros for each person hired who falls into the rest of the contribution groups, with no more than five hires per beneficiary person or entity being subsidized. Fifth. Deadline and form of submission of applications. 1. The deadline for submitting applications will be from the day following the publication of this resolution and its extract in the Official Gazette of Castilla-La Mancha until November 10, 2026. 2. Applications will be addressed to the General Directorate of Employment and will be submitted electronically with an electronic signature, through the form included in the electronic headquarters of the Administration of the Community Board of Castilla-La Mancha (https://www.jccm.es) that appears as an annex. I, which will be accompanied by Annex II for each project. When submitted in this way, the original documents will be digitized and presented along with the application as files attached to it. 3. A single application will be submitted per interested person or entity, including all contracts for which the subsidy is requested.
