Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries. Legal entities that hold the status of duly authorized operator, in accordance with the provisions of articles 6 and 7 of Law 11/2022, of June 28, General Telecommunications, that have rights to use frequencies in any of the bands harmonized in the European Union for terrestrial systems capable of providing wireless broadband electronic communications services, identified as priorities for the launch and provision of 5G services in Europe, and are up to date of the payment of the fee for reservation of the public radio domain. Second. Object. This call aims to provide the availability of 5G services with the indicated characteristics to the most rural areas, so those areas with some type of construction where there is no sign of the presence of a 4G and/or 5G mobile network have been selected as eligible, or those for which a 4G or 5G mobile network deployment is not planned under commercial conditions within a period of three years, excluding those in which coverage obligations have been established and those in which a mobile network has been provided. native 5G in its entirety through the UNICO 5G REDES ACTIVAS program in its calls for 2023 and 2024. The amount available for this call is seventeen million nine hundred and eighty-three thousand three hundred and ninety-four euros and fourteen cents (€17,983,394.14), of which fifteen million six hundred and forty-nine thousand seven hundred and seventy euros (€15,649,770.00) are financed from Chapter 8 of the PGE, and two million three hundred and thirty-three thousand six hundred and twenty-four euros with Fourteen cents (€2,333,624.14) are financed from Chapter 7 of the PGE.
