1.- Indication of the approval of the Regulatory Bases and Official Gazette where they have been published. The Municipal Plenary Session of the Viladecavalls City Council, in a session on May 26, 2022, adopted the agreement regarding the initial approval of the modifications to the regulatory bases that govern the granting of subsidies for non-profit entities in Viladecavalls. This modification of the Regulatory Bases was published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Barcelona on July 21, 2022. 2.- Maximum total amount of subsidies to be awarded and budget allocation. The maximum budget that will be allocated for the granting of the subsidies regulated in this call will be €35,000.00 and will be the responsibility of budget application 1/924/48910. 3.- Object, conditions and purpose of the subsidies. This subsidy aims to regulate the procedure for granting subsidies from the Viladecavalls City Council to non-profit entities, to carry out activities and projects between November 1, 2025 and November 1, 2026. The entity will request the subsidy through its representative. Requirements of applicants: 1. Be legally constituted and registered in the Registry of Municipal Entities at the time of the application. 2. That the entity is not in the situation of provisional registration in the Municipal Registry of Entities, which describes article 126 of the Municipal Organic Regulation (ROM) of Viladecavalls (BOPB September 26, 2017), at the time of granting the subsidy. 3. The entities referred to in article 13.2 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies, hereinafter LGS, may not obtain the status of beneficiaries. 4. Not having been subject to any firm resolution of a sanctioning nature in relation to the activities for which a subsidy is requested. 5. Be up to date with payment of obligations for reimbursement of subsidies. 6. Be up to date with compliance with tax or Social Security obligations required under current provisions, in the manner determined by regulation. 7.
