Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries Individual entrepreneurs who are registered in RETA or any other special self-employed Social Security regime, or as a professional association mutualist, and microenterprises, whatever their legal form, as long as they start their business activity between January 1 and November 30 (the date of registration in the IAE census will be taken as a reference). Second. Objective To promote entrepreneurship and the creation of companies, subsidizing the initial expenses inherent to their start-up, such as the following: Incorporation expenses, up to a maximum of 50 percent (visas, technical project expenses, construction and opening licenses, registration expenses in the Commercial Registry, notary expenses for public deeds, negative certifications of the company's name, publications in official bulletins, company incorporation fees). The expenses of preparing the premises intended for the activity, as well as the acquisition of inventory elements necessary for the development of the activity, up to a maximum of 100 percent. Initial stocks of merchandise, up to a maximum of 100 percent. Rental expenses for the premises, industrial vehicle, applications and computer equipment essential for the activity, up to a maximum of 50 percent. Insurance premiums related to the activity, up to a maximum of 50 percent. Supplies and current expenses: up to 50 percent (water, telephone, electricity, fuel, gas, office supplies, advertising, monthly consulting fees and security equipment). Industrial property rights, up to 50 percent (patents, utility models, industrial design, product brands, trade names, internet domains, management software, page design or web spaces). Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases will be published in the BOP. The effectiveness of the call is conditional on the publication of the extract in the Fourth BOP. Amount The maximum amount of the call is €10,000. The amount granted per application will be calculated by applying the percentages from the previous section on the expenses correctly justified with the aid application, with a maximum of €2,000. The aid is processed on a non-competitive basis, according to art. 19.2 of 9/2007, of June 13, on subsidies from Galicia. Consequently, a comparison and priority is not made between the applications, but rather they will be processed until the budget credit is exhausted. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will begin the day after the call is published in the BOP and will end on 11/30/2026 or until the budget credit is exhausted. Applications must be submitted to the electronic office or to the General Registry of the Rianxo City Council. Sixth Other relevant information The justification of the expenses incurred must be submitted with the aid application.
