All subsidies must be justified by invoices, bank receipts of payment and accompanied by an application and the following documents: • Bank details sheet. • Supporting account for subsidies, which includes the justifying and economic report of the action. • Declaration of subsidies received. • Graphic accreditation of the collaboration of the Garrigues Regional Council in a visible place. Once the granting of the aid has been communicated, the beneficiary must present the supporting documents to the Garrigues Regional Council before the December 31, 2026, without the possibility of extension. The payment of the subsidy will be made through an advance payment of 100% of the amount granted, once the concession agreement has been adopted by the Governing Board. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account designated by the beneficiary. Given the nature of the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid, the constitution of guarantees will not be required for the receipt of the advance. Failure to comply with the obligation to justification, insufficient justification of the expense or failure to comply with the purpose for which the subsidy was granted will entail the total or partial refund of the amounts received, in accordance with the regulations governing subsidies. At the time of justification, deviations between the budget presented with the application and the expenses finally executed may be admitted, as long as the nature and purpose of the subsidized activity is maintained.
