Once the granting of the aid has been communicated, the beneficiary must present the supporting documents to the Garrigues Regional Council before the December 31, 2026, without the possibility of extension. The payment of the subsidy will be made through an advance payment of 100% of the amount granted, once the concession agreement has been adopted by the Governing Board. The payment will be made by bank transfer to the account designated by the beneficiary. Given the nature of the beneficiaries and the amount of the aid, the constitution of guarantees will not be required for the receipt of the advance. Failure to comply with the obligation to justification, insufficient justification of the expense or failure to comply with the purpose for which the subsidy was granted will entail the total or partial refund of the amounts received, in accordance with the regulations governing subsidies.
