Primero. Beneficiarios Podrá solicitarlo cualquier persona jurídica que reúna los siguientes requisitos: - Menores de 3 a 16 años. - Estar empadronado/a en el municipio de Aramaio y estar escolarizado/a. - Cumplimiento del requisito económico. No podrán concederse ayudas a quienes se encuentren sancionados penal o administrativamente con la pérdida de la posibilidad de obtención de subvenciones o ayudas públicas, o se hallen incursos en prohibición legal alguna que les inhabilite para ello, con expresa referencia a las que se hayan producido por discriminación de sexo de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la Disposición Final sexta de la Ley 4/2005, de 18 de febrero, para la Igualdad de Mujeres y Hombres. Segundo. Objetivo Fomentar el aprendizaje a través de actividades complementarias a la educación formal. Promover la inclusión social y la igualdad de oportunidades. Promover el acceso igualitario a los recursos existentes Tercero. Bases reguladoras Mediante Decreto de Alcaldía 292/2026, de 13 de agosto, se aprobaron las bases específicas de las subvenciones para la financiación de actividades extraescolares infantiles. Cuarta. Conceptos a subvencionar Se admitirán las siguientes actividades: música EI, música FP, pelota, danza, pandero, trikitixa, coro, bertsolaritza, multideporte, psicomotricidad, curso de patinaje. O cualquier otro similar. Quinta. Plazo de presentación de solicitudes El plazo de presentación de solicitudes será del 15 de septiembre al 31 de diciembre.
