First. Beneficiaries Legally constituted professional agricultural organizations that have their registered office and scope of action within the territory of Menorca and a real and democratic internal functioning. In this sense, organizations that do not carry out the electoral processes provided for in their statutes are excluded. Second. Purpose: Contribute to the financing of expenses derived from carrying out the ordinary activities of the OPAs of the island of Menorca, including advising their associates and organizing the management of agricultural plastic waste from the farms, corresponding to the period between January 1 and December 31, 2026. Third. Regulatory bases The call is governed by the regulatory bases approved by the Executive Council of the Island Council of Menorca, in an ordinary session on July 27, 2026. Fourth. Amount The maximum global amount of the call is €105,000 (one hundred and five thousand euros), of which €95,000 correspond to line 1 and €10,000 to line 2. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications is twenty calendar days from the day following this call for applications being published in the Official Gazette of the Balearic Islands (BOIB). Other information The maximum total amount of the subsidy that can be granted to each agricultural professional organization will be €49,000, regardless of the line or lines to which it applies.
