Primero. Beneficiarios: Todas las personas naturales o jurídicas que lo deseen, sin distinción de nacionalidad o lugar de residencia. Segundo. Finalidad: Fomentar la creación artística. Tercero. Bases reguladoras: Las bases de la convocatoria y la Ordenanza general reguladora de la concesión de subvenciones, aprobada inicialmente por el Pleno del Ayuntamiento de Es Mercadal de día 11 de octubre de 2005 i publicada la aprobación definitiva y el texto íntegro en el BOIB n º. 189, de 17 de diciembre de 2005. Cuarto. Importe: El Ayuntamiento otorga al ganador un único premio de 1.000 € brutos, sujetos a la retención y a los impuestos en vigor. Al mismo tiempo le dará la opción de participar como artista en la muestra bianual “Vesprades d’art” de Es Mercadal. El artista ganador se compromete a firmar la obra ganadora. El premio se puede declarar desierto, pero en ningún caso será fraccionado. Los premios concedidos serán atendidos con cargo a la aplicación presupuestaria 40.334.48100 del Presupuesto General de 2026, con un importe máximo conjunto de 1.000,00 euros. Quinto.
