First. Beneficiaries Persons who: a) On the date of submission of their application, have been diagnosed with a rare disease and can prove this condition, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies regulated in this call. b) Additionally, those people who are suspected of suffering from a rare disease and are awaiting diagnosis. The suspicion must be based on the medical report provided below. Second. Purpose The purpose of this resolution is to call for public subsidies for the year 2026, intended for the care of people diagnosed with a rare disease, in order to provide them with financial support for the development of activities, provision of services and acquisition of material. Third. Regulatory bases Order 138/2024, of August 21, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies intended for the care of people with rare diseases and their families for the development of activities, provision of services and acquisition of material in Castilla-La Mancha (DOCM no. 166, of August 28), modified by Order 178/2025, of December 4, of the Ministry of Health (DOCM no. 240, of December 12).
