MAYOR'S DECREE Considering the Mayor's Decree 2026/703 of March 18, 2026, which approves “The bases for the granting of subsidies in the area of Basque” (BOG 04/17/2026). Considering, on the other hand, that point 7 of said bases establishes that said subsidies will be provided in the current budget item in the City Council and with the maximum amount determined in the corresponding year. Considering, also, that in the municipal budgets currently in force, the financial allocation for the subsidies mentioned in the aforementioned bases is specified in the following item: 1 6000.480.01.335.10 2026 By virtue of the powers granted to me by article 21 of Law 7/1985, of April 2, regulating the bases of Local Regime. I HAVE RESOLVED the following: 1.- Approve the 2026 call for subsidies for courses in Basque at summer universities. 2.- Provide said call with €1,000 from item 1.6000.480.01.335.10 2026.3.- Manage said call in accordance with the “Regulatory Bases for Subsidies in the Area of Basque” approved by Mayoral Decree 2026/703 of March 18, 2026 (BOG 04/17/2026). 4.- The call will be sent to the BDNS and will subsequently be published in the BOG
