Official description of the call
Primero. Beneficiarios Las pequeñas y medianas empresas de Economía Social, que tengan su domicilio social y fiscal en la Región de Murcia, y las ayudas se concederán para centros de trabajo ubicados en la misma. Segundo. Objeto Financiar las aportaciones dinerarias realizadas por cada socio trabajador que constituya la sociedad y/o que incremente el capital social escriturado de la empresa en cuantía no inferior a tres mil euros (3.000,00 euros), debiendo estar desembolsado en su totalidad. También será objeto de subvención la transmisión de aportaciones o participaciones cuando sea consecuencia de jubilación, fallecimiento, incapacidad permanente total, absoluta o gran invalidez de su titular. Tercero. Bases reguladoras Orden de 11 de junio de 2025 de la Consejería de Empresa, Empleo y Economía Social, por la que se aprueban las bases reguladoras de subvenciones para programas de fomento de la economía social de la Región de Murcia (BORM nº 135, de 14.06.2025), modificada mediante Orden de 12 de junio de 2026 (BORM nº 138, de 18.06.2026). Cuarto. Cuantía El crédito disponible inicial para este programa de ayuda es de 750.000,00 euros. La ayuda a conceder por cada socio trabajador será de hasta el 25% del capital suscrito y desembolsado, y como máximo de cuatro mil euros (4.000,00 euros) por socio. Quinto. Plazo El plazo para la presentación de solicitudes se iniciará el día de la entrada en vigor de la Orden de convocatoria y terminará el día 13 de octubre de 2026. Sexto. Otros datos El procedimiento para el otorgamiento de las subvenciones será el de concurrencia competitiva. Las aportaciones dinerarias deberán llevarse a cabo a partir del día 1 de octubre de 2025 y deberán ser depositadas en una entidad de crédito a nombre de la empresa de economía social en concepto de aportaciones al capital social. Como máximo se subvencionarán las aportaciones al capital social de seis socios trabajadores por empresa de economía social., y sólo se podrá conceder una ayuda por persona.
