Extract from the Plenary Agreement dated May 11, 2023, approving the new call and Regulatory Bases for the granting of dining aid for the 2023-2024 school year for minors enrolled in public educational centers in Ciempozuelos who are in the second cycle of early childhood education or primary education in the 2023-2024 school year. BDNS (696146) In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www. pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index) First. Beneficiaries: Minors who during the 2023-2024 academic year are enrolled in one of the four public Early Childhood and Primary Education Centers (CEIP) of the municipality, whose family income “per capita” is less than €9,000, may be beneficiaries of the aid. Second. Purpose: The aid will only cover the expenses generated by attending the school cafeteria of the Educational Center in which the minor is enrolled, during the midday meal. The aid granting system will be competitive. The aid will be granted at the request of a party and will be finalist in nature, being used only for the purpose for which it was granted. Third. Regulatory Bases: Call and regulatory bases for the granting of financial aid to cover the costs of financial aid to cover the costs of school meals for minors enrolled during the 2023-24 school year in one of the Early Childhood and Primary Education Centers (CEIP) of the municipality of Ciempozuelos. (www.ayto-ciempozuelos.org) Fourth. Amount. The maximum global amount allocated to the call for regulated aid amounts to the amount of 150,000 euros, which will be financed from the budget application of Program 323.0, subconcept 480.02 “Teaching Educational aid”. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The general deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the legally appropriate publication, which will be constituted by the publication of the extract of the call in the BOCM. Sixth.-Other information. Applications must be submitted duly completed and accompanied by the corresponding documents in any of the places provided for. They will be presented or sent in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. If the application does not include all the required documentation or the submitted document suffers from some formal defect, the City Council will require the interested party to provide the required documents or correct the lack within a non-extendable period of ten business days.
