* BDNS (Identif.): 697051 * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database (http://* www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): * * First.- Regulatory bases. * * Order No. 89 of April 26, 2023, approving the * regulatory bases that must govern the granting, on a non-competitive * basis, of subsidies for the improvement of the digital * skills of the population residing in the Canary Islands, financed with * own funds. * * Second.- Beneficiary entities * * In accordance with the provisions of Base 7, the entities and persons detailed below may obtain the status of * beneficiary entity: * Commercial companies, individual entrepreneurs, and * civil companies, among whose corporate objects or constitutive purposes * is the provision of training courses and which fall * within the category of microenterprises, small and medium-sized enterprises * (SMEs). * Non-profit entities may also obtain the status of beneficiary entity, whose statutes include * among their purposes or activities, those related to the object * of the subsidy, that is, they must include activities related * to educational purposes or to the development of the * information society. * Likewise, * foundations, local administrations or entities and companies linked * to local administrations that are located in the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, as well as entities and companies linked to * the autonomous administration of the Canary Islands and entities linked to the * administration of the State based in the Canary Islands, may also obtain the status of beneficiary entity. * * Third.- Purpose * * The purpose of these subsidies is to finance actions aimed at * improving the digital skills of the population residing in the * territorial area of ​​the Canary Islands. * The eligible actions will be those included in the * regulatory base 9. The eligible expenses will be those included in the * regulatory base 10. * * Fourth.- Amount. * * This subsidy, charged to the General Budgets of the * Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, has a financial allocation of three hundred thousand euros * (300,000.00 euros) charged to the budget application * 15.17.467C.770.02 – P.I. 157G0060 "Development of the Information Society." * * Said amount may be increased with other credits that could * be allocated for such purposes, without said increase requiring a new * call. However, in this case, and in accordance with the * requirement contained in section 4 of article 14 of Decree * 36/2009, of March 31, the Order declaring the available credits and the definitive distribution will be published in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands, * prior to the granting resolution. The * publication of the aforementioned Order will not imply the opening of the deadline to * submit new applications, nor the start of a new calculation of the deadline * to resolve. * * Fifth.- Application submission deadline. * * The deadline for submitting applications will be open * continuously from the day following the publication of this Order * in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands until the available * credit is exhausted or, if this does not occur, until June 30, * 2023. * The submission of applications will be carried out, in accordance with the provisions * in Base 15, through the telematic management application * available at the electronic headquarters of the Public Administration of the * Autonomous Community of Canary Islands (https://sede.gobiernodecanarias.org/). * * Sixth.- Other data. * * The maximum period to resolve and notify the concession resolution * will be six months from the day following the presentation * of the application and, in any case, prior to the closing of the * corresponding budget year. * * In accordance with regulatory base 18, the administrative procedures * related to correction, request for clarifications, resolution of * concession, requirements of the justification phase, resolution of * justification and, where appropriate, procedures of the refund procedure * will be published in the
