Extract from the resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated 05/25/2023, which approves the Call for Subsidies for Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods and Religious Entities of the province of Ciudad Real for the rehabilitation and acquisition of cultural heritage 2023. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of the Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: Entities that meet the following requirements will be able to access the subsidies of this call: a.- That are legally registered as Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, Congregations, Associations or Religious Entities. The beneficiary entity must be registered as a Religious Entity or may be registered only as an Association depending on the type of subsidy requested according to section VI “Budget limit and maximum amount of the subsidy”. Entities registered only as an Association must attach a written support or approval from the parish priest, the highest representative of the parish to which they belong or the Parish Pastoral Council, which justifies the religious activity of the Association. b.- That they prove the ownership of the heritage property that is being rehabilitated. In the event that the ownership of said property is held by the Diocese of Ciudad Real, the beneficiary entity must attach the agreement for the transfer of the property that grants it the right to act on it. c.- That they are not subject to any of the prohibitions to be beneficiaries of subsidies, established in article 13 of Law 38/2,003. d.- That its registered office is located in the province of Ciudad Real. Second.- Object: The object of this call is to value the cultural heritage of the religious entities of Ciudad Real by granting subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the execution of rehabilitation and acquisition works of the cultural heritage of the Brotherhoods, Brotherhoods, Congregations, Associations and Religious Entities legally constituted in the province of Ciudad Real. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the Regulatory Regulations of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Council, in a session dated April 29, 2022, (B.O.P. numbers 85 and 121 of May 4 and June 24, respectively) and in particular the provisions of its article 7, which regulates the procedure of competitive competition; as well as Law 7/1985 of April 2 regulating the Bases of Local Regime (LRBRL), in its wording given by Law 27/2013, of December 27, on Rationalization and Sustainability of Local Administration (LRSAL). Fourth.- Award criteria: Those contained in the call itself. Fifth.- Application submission deadline: Two application submission deadlines are established, depending on the type of subsidy line: ONE MONTH counting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province for LINE 2 of subsidies (Rehabilitation and acquisition of assets). THREE MONTHS counted from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province for LINES 1 and 3 (Rehabilitation of real estate/movable assets for different religious entities). Within the indicated period, and following the procedure indicated in the previous base, applications may be submitted any day of the week and at any time of the day. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
