Extract from the resolution of the Presidency of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real, dated 05/25/2023, approving the Call for Subsidies to Municipalities and Eatims for Swimming Schools 2023. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database at the link indicated below. First.- Beneficiaries: The Municipalities and Eatims of the province of Ciudad Real may benefit from this call. Second.- Purpose: In accordance with the provisions of Law 5/2015, of March 26, on Physical Activity and Sports of Castilla-La Mancha, subsidies are called for the granting of aid for the implementation of Swimming Schools for the summer of 2023, organized by the Municipalities and Eatims of the province of Ciudad Real. This activity aims to teach the minimum techniques to acquire sufficient skill to practice the sport of swimming. The courses will be aimed at children up to and including 14 years old, and will be held between June 1 and September 30, 2023. Third.- Regulatory Bases: The regulatory bases are contained in the Regulatory Regulations of the Municipal Economic Assistance and Cooperation Plan, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Council, in a session dated April 29, 2022, (B.O.P. numbers. 85 and 121 of May 4 and June 24, respectively) and in particular to the provisions of its article 7, which regulates the competitive competition procedure; as well as Law 7/1985 of April 2 regulating the Bases of Local Regime (LRBRL), in its wording given by Law 27/2013, of December 27, on Rationalization and Sustainability of Local Administration (LRSAL). Fourth.- Award criteria: Those contained in the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- Other information: The applications derived from this call, and the rest of the procedures that may apply, must be carried out only electronically.
