Official description of the call
* * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3, letter b) and 20.8, * letter a), of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies, the extract of the calls is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database * (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index). * * * First: Object. * 1. Call for the period between August 1 and * December 31, 2022, the subsidies aimed at improving the * production and marketing of beekeeping products in * the Canary Islands, provided for in Royal Decree 930/2017, of October 27, * which regulates the aid regime for beekeeping within the framework of the * annual national programs, specifically the fight against * attacks and diseases of hives, in particular against * varroosis. Among others: * 1) Chemotherapeutic treatments against varroosis authorized by the * Spanish Agency for Medicines and Health Products selected and * applied based on the corresponding veterinary prescription. * 2) Treatments against varroosis authorized by the Spanish Agency for * Medicines and Health Products, compatible with organic * beekeeping * selected and applied based on the corresponding * veterinary prescription, for those beekeepers who produce in * accordance with the conditions established by Regulation 2018/848 of the * European Parliament or of the Council of May 30, 2018, on organic * production and labeling of organic products and by which it is repealed * Council Regulation (EC) No 834/2007. * 2. In any case, only those activities * carried out between August 1 and December 31, 2022, both * inclusive, will be eligible for subsidies. * * * Second: Beneficiaries. * Petitioners who meet the requirements established in article 5 * of Royal Decree 930/2017, of October 27, which regulates the * aid regime for beekeeping within the framework of the annual national * programs (BOE no. 264, of 10.31.17) and are not subject to * any of the prohibitions established in the sections, will be eligible for the subsidies that are called. 2, 3 and 3 bis * of article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General of * Subsidies. * * Third: Regulatory bases. * The subsidies that are called will be governed by the provisions of Royal * Decree 930/2017, of October 27, which regulates the * aid regime for beekeeping within the framework of the annual national programs * (BOE no. 264, of 10.31.17), and by the provisions of the * Call Order. * * Fourth: Amount. * Credits are allocated for a total amount of thirty-eight thousand * two hundred and fifty (38,250.00) euros, charged to the budget * application: 13.11.412C.4700200, L.A. 13400101, "Measures to support * beekeeping (MAPA)". * * * Fifth: Deadline for submitting applications. * It will be ONE (1) MONTH counted from the day following the * publication of this extract in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. * *
