Extract from the Decree of May 30 of the Delegate of the Urban Development Government Area approving the 2023 public call for subsidies for actions to adapt the homes of day center users. Project financed with "Next Generation EU" funds. BNDS: First. Object. Promote the implementation of actions to adapt housing within the municipality of Madrid, where people who have a day center assigned as a care plan reside regularly, to facilitate accessibility and habitability conditions, by investing in architectural reforms for the adaptation of housing, accessibility and energy efficiency, the elimination of architectural barriers and the improvement of their autonomy, facilitating internal mobility or increasing security in the domestic environment, and can remain in their homes with supports provided in day centers. Second.- Requirements of the beneficiaries. -Have the dependency situation recognized and in their individual care program and the day center appears as a resource. -Be registered in the housing in the municipality of Madrid for which the subsidy is requested, as well as habitually and permanently reside there, continuously on the date of the subsidy application. -The natural persons who own the home may also be beneficiaries, in the terms established in article 10.1 of the call, where at least one person who meets the above requirements resides. -In those cases where there is more than one person in the Day Center in the home covered by the subsidy, more than one application may be accepted as long as the actions requested in the home do not coincide. Third.- Amount. The total amount of the call amounts to 1,815,000 euros, distributed in the annuities 2023 (€605,000.00) and 2024 (€1,210,000.00). Of this amount, 1,500,000 euros will be financed from the Collaboration Agreement between the Community of Madrid and the Madrid City Council for the execution of projects using European Funds from the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan - Financed by the European Union Next Generation EU -, and the rest, 315,000 euros, from the Madrid City Council's own funds. The maximum amount of the subsidy per home will be €25,000.00. The percentage of the amount of the subsidy on the real cost of the actions will be: - For amounts less than or equal to €1,500.00, 100% of the cost of the action will be subsidized. - From €1,500.01, 90% will be subsidized. Fourth: Deadline for submitting grant applications. The deadline for submitting the subsidy applications covered by this call will include the temporary period that begins the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid, and ends three months after its publication. Likewise, this call will also be published in the Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council, and on the electronic headquarters of the Madrid City Council https://sede.madrid.es. In the event that the day on which both publications were made does not coincide, the period will be counted from the day following the day of publication in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Fifth. Competent bodies. The competent bodies for the investigation and resolution of the procedure regulated in the call will be respectively the head of the General Directorate of Housing, Rehabilitation and Regeneration and the Delegate of the Government Area of Urban Development. Sixth.Publication. The Urban Development Government Area will publish a list of the subsidies granted in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID without prejudice to its publication in the "Official Gazette of the Madrid City Council" and on the municipal website. Seventh. Justification and payment of subsidies. The justification will be carried out using the "justifying account with provision of expense receipts" modality. The payment of the aid will be made with the justification of the subsidy.
