Object, purposes and applicable legal regime. Call for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of the performing arts in the Valencian Community, in the theater, dance and circus sectors, with the ultimate goal that citizens can have a diversified and quality offer. The activities must take place between December 1, 2022 and November 30, 2023, both inclusive, with the exception of the premiere date of the shows benefiting from annual aid to professional production or emerging production, which must take place no later than January 31, 2024. The modalities provided for in this call are the following: 1. Aid for the creation of scenic writing. 2. Aid for training 3. Aid for research 4. Aid for publishing 5. Aid for stage residencies 6. Aid for professional production of stage productions 7. Aid for emerging production of stage productions 8. Aid for touring shows 9. Aid for festivals and exhibitions 10. Aid for attendance at fairs and market-oriented events 11. Aid to associations and entities without profit motive Second. Financing, distribution and amounts. In accordance with Law 9/2022, of December 30, 2022, on the budgets of the Generalitat for the financial year 2023 (DOGV 9502, of 12/31/2022), the aid called will be attributed to the credit provided for in section 09, entity 00025, subsidy line S6422000 ¿Promotion of the performing arts¿, of the IVC. The referred amount may be reduced when, within the framework of budgetary stability and financial sustainability policies, non-availability measures are adopted that affect the credits of the subsidy lines that finance them. The amount initially planned for this call is €2,750,000 and will be distributed among the different modalities with the following breakdown: a) Aid for the creation of stage writing: up to a maximum of €72,000. b) Training aid: up to a maximum of €20,000. c) Research aid: up to a maximum of €35,000. d) Publishing aid: up to a maximum of €20,000. e) Aid for scenic residences: up to a maximum of €180,000. f) Aid for the professional production of a stage production: up to a maximum of €694,000. g) Aid for the emerging production of a stage production: up to a maximum of €385,000. h) Aid for show tours: up to a maximum of €299,000. i) Aid to festivals and exhibitions: up to a maximum of €635,000. j) Aid for attendance at fairs and market-oriented events: up to a maximum of €50,000. k) Aid to associations and non-profit entities: up to a maximum of €360,000. The maximum individualized amounts of subsidies that can be requested within the framework of this call are the following: a) Aid for the creation of stage writing: €4,500 b) Aid for training: €7,500. c) Research aid: 2,500 ¿. d) Publishing aid: 7,500 ¿. e) Aid to scenic residences: 20,000 ¿. f) Aid for the professional production of a stage production: €60,000. g) Aid for the emerging production of a stage production: €30,000. h) Aid for the show tour: 37,000 ¿. i) Aid to festivals and exhibitions: 80,000 ¿. j) Aid for attendance at fairs and market-oriented events: 10,000 ¿. k) Aid to associations and non-profit entities: 30,000 ¿. Third. Beneficiaries. In general terms and without prejudice to the provisions for each type of aid, natural persons and companies, associations and public and private and non-profit entities that carry out their activity in the territory of the Valencian Community may be beneficiaries.
