Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Beneficiaries Any microenterprise and/or SME that has its headquarters in the Valencian Community, with commercial activity and a maximum of 3 years of experience, in which at least one of the founding partners is a student, graduate or graduate of the UMH, may participate in the Startup category. In the Junior category, any entrepreneurial person/s with a business project that is not yet constituted as a company (neither a commercial company form nor an individual entrepreneur) may participate, in which at least one of the team members is a student, graduate or graduate of the UMH. Second. Objective To reward the best entrepreneurial initiatives and triple impact business trajectories in the Valencian Community, taking into account their innovative nature, triple impact on their environment, viability and growth. Third. Regulatory bases https://boumh.umh.es/files/2023/05/RR_01360_2023.pdf Fourth. Amount There are two categories of participation that have two different phases: A) Startup Category. Maximum total award: 17,000 euros. - Phase I Awards: UMH Selection Commission (3,000 euros). The UMH may select a maximum of 2 candidates to compete for the awards in this category. From this preselection, the UMH will reward the two best candidates presented with 1,500 euros for each of them. - Phase II Awards: Generalitat Valenciana Selection Commission (maximum 14,000 euros). If, as a result of the selection carried out by the external Selection Commission of the Generalitat Valenciana, some of the UMH candidates are awarded, the UMH will proceed to pay the amounts of the corresponding prize(s) (1st prize: 9,000 euros, 2nd prize 5,000 euros, 3rd prize: 3,000 euros). B) Junior Category. Maximum total award: 3,000 euros. - Phase I Awards: UMH Selection Commission (1,000 euros). The UMH may select a maximum of 2 candidates to compete for the awards in this category. From this preselection, the UMH will reward the two best candidates presented with 500 euros for each of them. - Phase II Awards: Generalitat Valenciana Selection Commission (maximum 2,000 euros). If, as a result of the selection carried out by the external Selection Commission of the Generalitat Valenciana, some of the UMH candidates are awarded, the UMH will proceed to pay the amounts of the corresponding prize(s) (1,000 euros for each one). Fifth. Application submission period The application submission period will open the day following the date of publication of the extract of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV), and the end will be ten days later.
