Official description of the call
First.- Purpose: The present call formulated by the Campo de Criptana City Council through the Department of Social Services and aims to regulate the granting of subsidies for the financial year 2023, under the modality of competitive competition, to social, socio-health and women's associations, which carry out social and socio-health projects, for the development of activities and programs in the municipality of Campo de Criptana. Second.- Beneficiaries. Private non-profit entities that meet the requirements established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General on Subsidies, and that also: Have their registered office in the town, or that, while abroad, carry out their activities in the municipality of Campo de Criptana, may be beneficiaries of the subsidies provided for in this call. In the case of having its registered office in the town, being duly registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations and having updated data, or proving having initiated said process during the publication period of this call. Not having been beneficiaries during the year 2021 of nominative subsidies from the Campo de Criptana City Council through the Collaboration Agreements. They are up to date with their tax and non-tax obligations with the Campo de Criptana City Council, as well as with the Tax Administration Agency and Social Security. In relation to tax and non-tax obligations with the Campo de Criptana City Council, the applicant must ensure in advance that they have no outstanding debts, since the requirement must be met at the end of the application submission period. Do not have debts with the Campo de Criptana City Council for reimbursement of subsidies in the executive period, and this in accordance with article 21 of the Subsidies Regulation. Therefore, it is considered that the circumstance of being a debtor for this concept exists when there is a resolution from the competent body and the deadline for payment in the voluntary period has elapsed without having made it. Under the Law Organic Law 1/1996, on Legal Protection of Minors, modified by Law 26/2015, in those projects in which minors participate, the entity will be required to be in possession of the corresponding negative certifications from the Central Registry of Sexual Offenders of the professionals and volunteers who have regular contact with said minors. The Campo de Criptana City Council may request information related to this obligation in the course of the development of the project, and may request a copy of said certifications if it considers necessary. Not be subject to any of the prohibitions established in article 13 of Law 38/2003, General Subsidies. Those entities that do not meet these requirements at the end of the application submission period will be excluded from the call. In addition to those that use sexist and/or discriminatory advertising in the dissemination of subsidized activities. Third.- Regulatory bases: The stated call complies in its content with the General Ordinance Regulatory of the Bases for the granting of subsidies of the Campo de Criptana City Council approved by Plenary dated May 7, 2021, (B.O.P. no. 124 of July 1, 2021), Local Regime Legislation and Law 38/2003, of July 17, 2021. November, general Subsidies and Development Regulations, the provisions of Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, are also applicable. Fourth.- Evaluation criteria: The contents of the call itself. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications: The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days, counting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
