Official description of the call
First.- Call for TFG/TFM Awards prepared and defended by the students of any Degree or Master's Degree at the University of La Laguna in the 2022-2023 academic year. Second.- Purpose The purpose of the call is to reward students for carrying out quality work, with a real and practical approach related to the implementation, localization, dissemination, awareness and achievement of the Canarian Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030, a document resulting from the participatory process of contextualization (or localization) of the UN Agenda 2030 in the Canary Islands, which includes the specific goals of the archipelago for the achievement of the 17 SDGs, established through consensus between representatives of civil society, the business sector, the third sector, academia and research centers, and public administrations throughout the Canary Islands, which entail solutions and proposals for the integration of the Agenda in the archipelago. Plan B Group considers that the TFG and TFM, as well as the External Internships, are fundamental instruments to link university training with business activity. Third.- Beneficiaries The students whose Final Degree and/or Final Master's Projects have been defended in the 2022-23 academic year, with a minimum grade of outstanding (9.0) and whose objective is closely related to the Canary Islands Agenda for Sustainable Development 2030. Fourth.- Awards A prize of €400 will be awarded for the best Final Degree Project and another prize of €400 for the best Project. End of Master. The assigned budget key is 1804022307 455AR 48701, for an amount of €800. All awarded works will receive the corresponding accreditation diploma. Second prizes may be awarded if the Technical Evaluation Commission considers it, which will not have a financial award, but will have an honorary award. The prizes will be subject to personal income tax withholding as established by current legislation. Fifth.- Deadline and place for submitting applications The deadline for submitting documentation to participate in this call will begin the day following its publication in the Official Gazette of the Canary Islands and will end on October 1, 2023. Participation will be carried out by submitting a general application at the electronic headquarters https://sede.ull.es/ecivilis-site/catalog/showProcedure/229 addressed to this Vice-Rector's Office, or in the records established in the article. 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and attaching: Application for participation in the call that includes (Annex I): Personal data. Authorizations for data dissemination and responsible declaration of being up to date with compliance with tax and S.S. obligations. Final Degree and Master's Project. The branch of knowledge to which the Degree in which the TFG/TFM was developed must be indicated. DNI of the author(s). Extract from the file showing the grade obtained in the TFG/TFM.
