In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, November 17, general on subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database. http://www.pap.minhafp.gob.es/bdnstrans/index. First. Beneficiaries Natural persons who accredit the requirements established in the regulatory bases of the call and who can obtain the status of beneficiaries by not meeting any of the circumstances that prevent it, which are detailed in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general of subsidies. Second. Purpose To call for academic-sports scholarships for elite athletes from the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory Bases Order 59/2016, of September 23, of the Department of Education, Research, Culture and Sports, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of academic-sports scholarships for elite athletes of the Valencian Community (DOCV 7882, 09.27.2016). Room. Amount The budget allocated to finance this call will amount to a maximum of 473,250 euros. Fifth. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 15 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
