Beneficiaries and conditions. Employing entities of a private legal nature may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, including people covered by the Special Regime for Self-Employed Workers of Social Security, with a work center in the Valencian Community who hire, after the publication of this extract, severely disabled people through a temporary contract or disabled people coming from a Special Employment Center through an indefinite contract. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies to promote the hiring of people with disabilities, within the territorial scope of the Valencian Community. Third. Regulatory bases. Order 12/2024, of May 20, 2024 of the Department of Education, Universities and Employment, which approves the regulatory bases for subsidies to promote the hiring of unemployed people in the Valencian Community, published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana of May 24, 2024. Fourth. Subsidy amount. 1. These subsidies will be financed for a maximum global amount of 300,000 euros, the Generalitat's own funds. 2. The amount of the subsidy will be: a) in the case of full-time indefinite hiring of people with disabilities from a Special Employment Center: 12,500 euros (if the condition of victim of violence against women is additionally present, 20,000 euros; if the condition of severe disability is present, 25,000 euros). b) in the case of temporary contracts for a period of between 3 and 12 months on a full-time basis for people with severe disabilities: 900 euros for the minimum number of months of maintenance of their contract. 3. Part-time contracts of at least 15 hours per week for people with severe disabilities will be eligible for subsidies with a proportional reduction in the subsidy. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will begin at 10 a.m. on the day following the publication of the extract of this resolution in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. In any case, applications must be submitted after hiring and registration with the Social Security subject to the subsidy, and in no case may they be submitted after September 1, 2026.
