August 2, 2023, 2023 call for subsidies to union and business organizations that carry out training actions on occupational risk prevention to promote the promotion of preventive culture

BDNS: 710489 In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in this BOJA, and in the National Subsidies Database at the following electronic address: (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) First. Call. For the financial year 2023, subsidies are called for training actions in occupational risk prevention that promote the promotion of preventive culture, regulated in the Order of February 14, 2022, which approves the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime, for training, technical assistance and information projects in matters of occupational risk prevention and preventive culture. Second: Object. The purpose of this call for subsidies is to promote training, in terms of occupational risk prevention and preventive culture, both for prevention delegates and legal representatives of workers, as well as for business people, their representatives and middle managers, so that it results in the improvement of the occupational health and safety conditions of the working population and the Andalusian business fabric, with special attention to small and medium-sized companies and groups at higher risk. Third. Eligible concepts. Only the eligible concepts provided for in section 2.a) of the first summary table of the Order of February 14, 2022, relating to the regulatory bases of the line of subsidies for training actions on the prevention of occupational risks and promotion of a preventive culture, may be financed in this call. Room. Legal regime. The application, granting and application of these subsidies will be governed, in addition to this call, by the provisions of the following provisions: a) Order of the Ministry of Employment, Training and Self-Employment, of February 14, 2022, (BOJA No. 34, of February 18, 2022), and the summary table of the subsidy line for training actions in occupational risk prevention that promote the promotion of culture preventive. b) Order of the Ministry of the Presidency, Public Administration and Interior, of December 20, 2019, approving the standard regulatory bases and standard forms of the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía for the granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime (BOJA no. 249, of December 30, 2019). c) Specifically, these subsidies will be governed by the rules referred to in section 3 of the summary table that are related to: - REGULATION (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL, of April 27, 2016, relating to the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation). - Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights. Fifth. Entities that can apply for subsidies, requirements they must meet, maintenance period and exceptions. 1. Pursuant to the provisions of section 4.a).1 of the summary table of the Order of February 14, 2022, the following entities may apply for the subsidies subject to this call: a) For modality 1: Trade union organizations, both sectoral and intersectoral in nature that, in accordance with Organic Law 11/1985, of August 2, on Freedom of Association, are representative in any or all sectors of economic activity. in Andalusia. b) For modality 2: Intersectoral and sectoral business organizations, at regional or provincial level, non-profit, that have been established under Law 19/1977, of April 1, on the regulation of the right of union association. 2. The requirements that the requesting entities must meet, the period during which they must maintain compliance, and other circumstances that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary entity are included in sections 4.a).2º, and letters b), c), d), and e) of section 4 of the summary table.
