IV call for the “Savings, Energy Efficiency and Climate Change in public preschool and primary educational centers” awards, from the Madrid City Council

Official description of the call
First. Object. The purpose of the awards is to recognize and distinguish those educational centers that manage to incorporate greater energy efficiency due to the use of the building, through their pedagogical plans and projects, where the protagonism of the students and the educational communities is one of the main components. Second. Beneficiaries. Public preschool and primary educational centers in the municipality of Madrid, not included in the ten-year energy services contracts that the Madrid City Council has in force under the name "Supply, energy services and maintenance with full guarantee of facilities." This exclusion only applies to the centers listed in ANNEX II of the call that are not subject to any of the causes of prohibition to access the status of beneficiary established in art. 13 of the General Subsidies Law. Third. Regulatory bases. Ordinance of General Regulatory Bases for the granting of subsidies by the Madrid City Council and its Public Bodies, of October 30, 2013<(>,<)> as well as the provisions of the bases that govern the call. Room. Financing. The total amount of the call is TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND EUROS (€25,000). Fifth. Amount and number of prizes. A maximum of 15 prizes will be awarded, the amount of which will be 50% of the financial amount obtained derived from the energy savings achieved. The savings, referred to kW/h of electricity and thermal, will be those obtained in the period between the start date of project execution and May 31, 2024. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 20 business days from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Community of Madrid. Seventh. Prize compatibility. The prizes awarded under this call and rules will be compatible with others of the same nature awarded by another Administration or entity.
