BDNS (Identif): ______ In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): ¿ First. Call The financeable actions: 1.1, 1.4, 3.1 and 3.4 of Annex I of Order 8/2023, of April 14, of the National Bee Program, charged to line S0830000 (CAP IV) of the Valencian Agency of Agrarian Promotion and Guarantee (hereinafter, A.V.F.G.A), for a maximum global amount of 298,000 euros, with 50% financing from the FEAG, 25% from the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food and 25% from the Generalitat Valenciana. Second. Beneficiaries Representative organizations with their own legal personality and beekeeping cooperatives (hereinafter groups) based in the Valencian Community may apply for aid. Third. Purpose To call in an extraordinary manner for the period between January 1 and July 31, 2023, aid for the following financeable actions provided for in Order 8/2023: 1.1. Direct hiring of technicians and specialists for information and assistance to beekeepers and members of beekeeper groups in aspects of bee health, fight against hive aggression, laboratory analysis (for the analysis of bee products, loss of bees or drops in productivity, and substances potentially toxic to bees such as pesticides), breeding and selection, including queen rearing, environmental optimization of farms and global advice on production and management beekeeping, on management practices regarding adaptation to climate change and marketing of bee products; 1.4. Hiring of administrative personnel for Beekeeping Health Defense Groups (ADS) and groups of beekeepers, including both their direct hiring and their specialized services through third parties; 3.1 Hiring of analysis services for honey and bee products by beekeepers and groups of beekeepers that are carried out in laboratories accredited by the ISO 17025 standard; and 3.4 Contracting of analysis services for bees and other hive matrices for the detection of pesticides by beekeepers and groups of beekeepers that are carried out in laboratories accredited by the ISO 17025 standard. Fourth section. Application and submission deadline Fourth. Base order. Order 8/2023 of April 20, of the Department of Agriculture, Rural Development, Climate Emergency and Ecological Transition, which establishes the regulatory bases for intervention aid in the beekeeping sector in the Comunitat Valenciana Quinto. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the day the extract of the resolution is published in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana.
