Official description of the call

First.- Provision that establishes the regulatory bases. The Ordinance regulating the granting of aid for the promotion of births “Bono Bebe”, approved by Plenary agreement of the Corporation in a session held on March 27, 2019, published in BOP 124 of July 1, 2019. Second.- Budget credits The total amount of the program will be €20,000.00 for the year 2023 with application charge 04.2310.489.05 of the 2023 budget, RC 202300000983. The aforementioned amount may be increased as a result of a generation, an extension or an incorporation of credit that will not require a new call, in accordance with the provisions of article 58, section 2, letter a), point four of the Regulation of the General Subsidy Law. The amount of this subsidy will be THREE HUNDRED EUROS (€300.00) as a single payment for each minor born or adopted in the year 2022. Third.- Purpose. The purpose of this call is to regulate financial aid for birth or legal adoption during the year prior to the call in the municipality of Massamagrell, as well as the promotion and revitalization of local commerce through this aid. Fourth.- Regime. The concession will be carried out through a competitive bidding regime. Fifth.- Requirements of the beneficiaries. Those included in article 3 of the Regulatory Ordinance for the granting of aid to promote births “Bono Bebe”, approved by Plenary agreement of the Corporation in a session held on March 27, 2019, published in BOP 124 of July 1, 2019 Sixth.- Competent bodies. The instructor body will be made up of the Mayor or whoever has the Social Welfare delegation. The collegiate body will be formed by: Mr. José Román Cantón López (Social Worker-Director of the Social Center). Ms. Sara Pérez Martínez (Social Worker of the Social Services Base Team) Ms. Raquel Bonet Fabra (Administrative Assistant of Social Services) Seventh.- Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOP. Eighth.- Resolution and notification period. The maximum period to resolve and notify the resolution may not exceed six months from the publication of this call. The expiration of the maximum period without having notified the Resolution entitles the interested parties to understand that the granting of the subsidy has been rejected due to administrative silence. Ninth.- Documents and information that must accompany the application. The applications will be addressed to the Mayor-President of the City Council, and will be presented in the City Hall Entry Registry or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, and will be formulated in the standard model of the instance that appears as ANNEX I to the Call, signed by one of the holders of the family book, which will include a responsible declaration. signed by both parents that none of the circumstances exist that prevent obtaining the status of beneficiary of public subsidies, established in article 13 of the General Law of Subsidies, and which must be accompanied by the following documents: 1) Photocopy of DNI, Residence Permit or NIE of the holders of the family book. 2) Photocopy of the complete Family Book. 3) Document that proves the ownership of the bank account. 4) Invoices justifying the expense incurred, which must be dated from the day of birth to the date of publication of the call. 5) In case of non-coexistence, sentence that grants custody of the minor. In the event that the required documents were already in the possession of the City Council, the applicant, provided that no more than five years have elapsed since the completion of the procedure to which they correspond, may make use of their right not to present them, stating the date and the body or agency in which they were presented or issued. Tenth.- Reformulation of applications There will only be a single resolution for each application, and there is no possibility of reformulation of applications as it is considered a subsidy with a single objective.
