PROVINCIAL COUNCIL OF ZAMORA ASSISTANCE SERVICE TO MUNICIPALITIES Extract from the call under a competitive competition regime for the granting of subsidies to municipalities in the province of Zamora with less than 5,000 inhabitants for the preparation and approval of municipal urban planning, year 2023. BDNS (Identif.): Agreement dated August 23, 2023 of the Government Board. Granting of Subsidy for Competitive Competition - APPROVAL OF THE BASES OF THE CALL FOR SUBSIDIES TO MUNICIPALITIES IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMORA WITH LESS THAN 5,000 INHABITANTS FOR THE PREPARATION AND APPROVAL OF MUNICIPAL URBAN PLANNING, YEAR 2023. In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a. of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index)) and on the website of the Provincial Council of Zamora (http://www.diputaciondezamora.es) in the SERVICES section and within this, in Aid and Subsidies? from the left bank. First.- Beneficiaries. All municipalities in the province of Zamora with less than 5,000 inhabitants that carry out any eligible activity, in accordance with the provisions of the Sixth Base of the call. Second.- Object. Granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the preparation and approval of the planning instruments provided for in the sixth base. Third.- Eligible actions. The drafting of the following planning instruments will be considered an eligible activity, provided that they are duly approved by the corresponding body: a) General Urban Planning Plans. b) Municipal Urban Planning Standards. c) Special Plans for the Protection of Historical Ensembles. In no case will specific modifications or revisions be subject to subsidy. Room. - Amount: 95,000 euros. Fifth. - Deadline for submitting applications: Twenty business days counted from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Province. Sixth.- The annexes and other documentation corresponding to this call will be available to those interested in the electronic headquarters of the Provincial Council of Zamora: https://diputaciondezamora.sedelectronica.es/dossier.2, entering in Search procedures, the subsidy code that will be indicated on the website of the Provincial Council of Zamora (http://www.diputaciondezamora.es) in the SERVICES section and within this one, in ?Aids and Subsidies? from the left bank.
