Official description of the call
First.- Beneficiaries.- Employers and companies may be beneficiary entities of the hiring incentives, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons, civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, for occupations within the scope of the professional certificates taught in the “Obradoiro de Emprego Xestión Forestal Torre Goiáns II – Boiro”, that is, the activity is related to the specialties of “Forest Harvesting – AGAR0108” or with “Forest Repopulations and Silvicultural Treatments – AGAR0208” and that hire employees to provide services in work centers located in the territorial area of Galicia. Second.- Purpose.-The incentives for temporary contracting as an employee are intended to facilitate the employability and employability of the people participating in the dual employment workshop “OBRADOIRO DE EMPREGO of Promotion of Employment and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia. Third.- Regulatory bases.-Regulatory bases for aid through incentives for the temporary hiring of students of the dual employment workshop “Obradoiro de Emprego Fourth.- Amount.-Temporary contracts will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500 for each worker, corresponding to a minimum full-time contract of 3 months. The subsidies in this call will be financed with a total credit of €30,000, charged to budget application 241 47000 of the Boiro City Council budget; retained through operation 220230010179. Fifth.- Deadline for submission of applications.-Applications for aid for eligible contracts must be submitted to the General Registry of the Boiro City Council within 15 calendar days from the day following the publication of the call and the extract of the bases in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña. Complete rules will be posted on the bulletin board. Sixth.- Documentation and submission of applications.-Applications must be submitted in the standardized form that appears as Annex I, along with the following documentation, original or certified or collated copy: a. Copy of the DNI, NIE or NIF of the company, and sufficient power to act on behalf of the entity. b. Declaration of the personnel of all the company's work centers in Galicia in the month prior to the month of publication of this call, according to the annex model. c. Responsible declaration that you have the administrative, financial and operational capacity to comply with the conditions of the aid. d. Certifications of being up to date with your obligations with the Tax Administration, with Social Security and with the Xunta de Galicia. and. Bank account certificate.
