Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries and requirements. Those who meet the following specific requirements will be able to access beneficiary status: 1. Age: Turn 18 during the year 2023. 2. Be registered in the municipality of Xeraco for at least the last year. 3. Obtain a Class A or B driving license within the year following turning 18 years of age. The date of birth will be proven with the presentation of the identity card or equivalent. The date of obtaining the driving license will be determined exclusively by the driving license or temporary authorization to drive. 4. Be the owner of a bank account. 5.Be up to date with compliance with your tax obligations and with Social Security, as well as with the Municipal Treasury. Second. Purpose The purpose of this Call is the regulation of financial aid for the youth of Xeraco, aimed at defraying part of the expenses derived from obtaining one of the following two types of Driving License: A: Motorcycles and motor tricycles. A1: Motorcycles with a maximum displacement of 125 cm³ and maximum power of 11 kw. A2: Motorcycles with a maximum power of 35 kw. B: Authorizes you to drive the following vehicles: Automobiles, the maximum authorized mass of which does not exceed 3500 kg that are designed and built for the transportation of no more than 8 passengers in addition to the driver. Sets of coupled vehicles composed of a towing vehicle of which the class B license authorizes driving and a trailer whose maximum authorized mass exceeds 750 kg, provided that the maximum authorized mass of the set does not exceed 4250 kg, without prejudice to the provisions that the type approval standards establish for these vehicles. Motorized tricycles and quadricycles. Third. Regulatory bases. The Bases and the call for subsidies have been approved by Mayor-Presidency resolution no. 2023-0824 dated August 3, 2023. The full text of the call and its annexes will be available to interested parties on the Xeraco City Council website: www. xeraco.es. Room. Amount. The total financial envelope of the subsidy amounts, according to the final budget approved on January 20, 2023, to a total of 7,000.00 euros. The budget application will be that corresponding to the 2023 Municipal Budget. Budget item number 3340-48017 "Financial aid for part of the expense of obtaining a driving license for the year 2023." The approval of the call for these aids will entail the commitment to provide the corresponding credit in the following budgets. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The applications, according to the official model, will be addressed to the mayor president of the Xeraco City Council, by presentation in the City Hall Entry Registry, or by any of the means indicated in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations, from the day following the publication of the announcement in the BOPV and within the year following turning 18 years of age. The deadline for submitting the application, along with the justification, will be within the month following obtaining the driving license, except for beneficiaries who have obtained the license before the publication of the Resolution approving the bases and call, which will be one month from said publication.
