Purpose and scope of application. Call on interested parties in the municipalities of the Valencian Community of the Vega Baja del Río Segura to request subsidies for the acquisition of equipment or materials that prevent the entry of water or facilitate its evacuation, such as: temporary or permanent barriers, non-return valves and other elements, in actions included in section a) of article 10 of RD 786/2022, including the buildings related to them, excluding the rest of the actions related therein. article 10. The scope of application is defined by the following municipal terms of the Bajo Segura region, ordered by population: Torrevieja, Orihuela, Pilar de la Horadada, Almoradí, Callosa de Segura, Rojales, Guardamar del Segura, Albatera, Catral, Redován, San Fulgencio, Dolores, Cox, Bigastro, San Miguel de Salinas, Benejúzar, Los Montesinos, Rafal, Formentera del Segura, Benijófar, Algorfa, Granja de Rocamora, Jacarilla, San Isidro, Benferri, Daya Nueva and Daya Vieja, to which must be added Realengo and San Felipe Neri, districts of Crevillent. Second. Beneficiaries. The subjects listed below and who carry out any of the actions listed in the previous section in accordance with the provisions of article 10.a) of RD 786/2022 within the territorial scope defined above may be the ultimate recipients of this aid, so as to minimize the damage caused by floods in said area: a) Public administrations. b) Natural persons. c) Legal entities. d) Any institutional public sector entity of any Public Administration referred to in article 2.2 of Law 40/2015 of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector (LRJSP), as well as private law entities or private non-profit organizations. Third. Regulatory bases. The bases by which this call is governed are those established in Chapter III of Royal Decree 786/2022, of September 27, which regulates the direct granting of a subsidy for the development of actions to adapt the risk of flooding to existing buildings, equipment and facilities or operations in the lower basin of the Segura River, in the Valencian Community, as a contribution to the Vega Ren Hace Plan within the framework of the Recovery, Transformation and Resilience. Room. Financing of aid 1. The aid contemplated in this call is financed with funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism, Next Generation EU, and will be granted from the budgets of the Generalitat for 2023, following the Agreement of May 26, 2023, of the Consell, which authorizes a credit transfer from chapter 7 of program 612.60, Miscellaneous expenses, to various chapters and programs for an amount of 10,000,000 euros to finance the actions of the Ecological Restoration and Resilience Fund. Vega Ren Hace Plan: Chapter VII: Capital transfers. Line code: S1433 Line name: «Flood risk adaptation actions carried out within the framework of the Vega Renhace Plan» Description and purpose: Adaptation to the flood risk of buildings, equipment and facilities. Intended beneficiaries: Public administrations, individuals, legal entities, institutional public sector entities, private law entities and private non-profit organizations. Concession mode: Competitive competition. Publish data: Yes. Amount: 500,000.00 euros 2. The part not executed in the 2023 budget year will be incorporated as a remainder in the following budget years until the complete execution of the program. 3. With budgetary limitations, derived from the existence of adequate and sufficient credit, each subsidy to be granted may cover up to 100% of the material execution budget (excluding VAT), with a maximum amount of €10,000.00. 4. The amount subsidized by the Department will not be increased for any reason, and will be the responsibility of the beneficiary entity.
