Official description of the call

BDNS (Identif.): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index.) and in the present BOJA. First. The two lines of subsidies regulated within the framework of the Order of September 22, 2023, which approve the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under the of non-competitive competition, aimed at Companies and Private Non-Profit Entities, for the development of projects on conciliation and co-responsibility within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan, within the scope of the powers of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, and its call is made in the year 2023 (published in this BOJA), in the maximum total amount specified for each line and charged to the budget credits that are also indicated: Name of the line Maximum amount (euros) Budgetary positions Line 1. Subsidies directed to Companies for the development of projects regarding conciliation and co-responsibility within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan. 800,047.35 1800180000 G/32E/47500/S0717 Line 2. Subsidies directed to Private Non-Profit Entities for the development of projects on Conciliation and Joint Responsibility within the framework of the Joint Responsibility Plan. 3,159,075.00 1800180000 G/32E/48500/S0717 Second. Beneficiaries. Private companies with headquarters in Andalusia, or outside the Autonomous Community, may be beneficiaries of these subsidies, provided that the activities to be subsidized impact workplaces located in the territorial area of ​​the Autonomous Community of Andalusia for the actions contemplated in Line 1, and private non-profit entities, including union organizations and business associations of Andalusia, for the actions of Line 2. Third. Object. The financing of actions that contribute to the reconciliation of family, personal and work life within the framework of the Joint Responsibility Plan, through the implementation of the eligible concepts described in section 2.a) of the Summary Table of each of the lines. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be governed by the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime, aimed at Companies and Private Non-Profit Entities, for the development of projects on conciliation and co-responsibility within the framework of the Co-Responsible Plan, within the scope of the powers of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, approved by Order of September 22, 2023. Fifth. Amount. The maximum allocation for each of the lines is that stated in the first point of this extract and the way of determining the amount of subsidies to be granted for each of the lines will be specified by the Evaluation Commission in accordance with section 5 of the aforementioned summary table, and may reach up to 100% of the amount requested. In accordance with the provisions of article 9.3, fourth paragraph, and 10.2 of the Order of April 6, 2018, which regulates the budgetary management procedure for public spending derived from subsidies granted by the Administration of the Junta de Andalucía and its administrative and special regime agencies, any sudden increases in the available credit produced as a consequence of the resignation of beneficiary entities, the revocation of concession resolutions, or the surpluses of estimated credit in some of its areas due to a lower number of applications submitted, will make possible a complementary resolution of the granting of the subsidy that includes applications that, although meeting all the requirements, have not been beneficiaries due to exhaustion of the same, not being considered an increase in the maximum amount of the approved credit. Publicity will be given to this circumstance
