Official description of the call
First. Beneficiaries. Non-profit entities that meet the requirements established in the Call Bases may apply for these subsidies. Second. Object. The purpose of this call is to promote, encourage and support sports associations, entities and clubs in carrying out cultural, sports, associative, social, assistance and educational activities during the year 2023. Third. Regulatory bases. General Ordinance of Subsidies of the City Council of Cambados, approved by the Plenary Session held on October 28, 2004 and published in BOPPO No. 217 of November 10, 2004. Fourth. Amount of aid. The amounts provided for in the 2023 Municipal Budget for this call for subsidies and which represent the maximum obligations that can be acquired, are those recorded in the following budget applications: Application Amount 2310.48900 - TRANSF. TO CHARITY-ASSISTANCE ENTITIES €27,000.00 3260.48900 - TRANSF. COMPLEMENTARY ACTIVITIES EDUCATION (ANPAS) €5,000.00 3340.48900- TRANSF. TO CULTURAL ENTITIES €25,000.00 3370.48900 - LEISURE AND FREE TIME TRANSFERS €5,000.00 3380.48900 - TRANSF. POPULAR FESTIVALS €7,000.00 3410.48900 - TRANSF. TO SPORTS ENTITIES €80,000.00 Fifth. Application submission deadline. Interested entities may request subsidies within a period of fifteen calendar days, counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the BOPPO in the form and terms provided for in Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, in relation to the National Subsidies Database. Sixth. Other data. The publicity of the different acts derived from this call will be made on the notice board of the Cambados City Council, hosted in the municipal electronic headquarters (https:// cambados. sedelectronica. gal), for the purposes of the provisions of article 26 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies and article 45.1. b) of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
