Official description of the call
OBJECT: LINE A: Subsidies for activities scheduled for the year 2023, referred to the departments of Citizen Participation: Relating to Equality and Social Welfare, Culture, Education, Youth and Commerce; in the territorial scope of the municipality, with direct significance in the locality, for purposes of municipal interest through the presentation of projects-programs, leading to a greater expansion of our capabilities, qualities and/or illiturgical culture. LINE B: Subsidies for the acquisition of air conditioning equipment, improvement of new technologies and energy efficiency and furniture. REQUIREMENTS OF BENEFICIARIES: Associations registered in the municipal registry, and non-profit entities and natural or legal persons are invited. The Beneficiaries must be up to date with their tax and Social Security obligations, or exempt from them. And they must meet the other requirements established in art. 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies. REGULATORY BASES: This call will be governed by the General Ordinance of the Regulatory Bases for the Granting of Subsidies by the Hon. Andújar City Council (BOP. no. 98, of April 30, 2005), by Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies (published in the BOE of 11/18/03) and its implementing regulations. They may be presented in the General Registry of the Excmo. City Council, or in any other means provided for in article 16.4 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, on Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations.
