First: Beneficiaries. Private companies and self-employed workers, with a work center located in one of the 91 municipalities of the province of Jaén with less than 20,000 inhabitants, who carry out the eligible action provided for in article 3, may apply for subsidies under this call, as long as they are registered on the “TALENT BANK” platform. Groups of natural or legal persons, communities of property, civil societies or any other type of economic unit or separate assets, lacking their own legal personality, nor those persons registered in the RETA as a collaborating family member of a self-employed businessman, may not apply for these subsidies.
