Official description of the call
Extract from the agreement of the Local Government Board of October 2, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases and the call for 2023, under a competitive competition regime, for subsidies for Neighborhood Associations for the organization of neighborhood parties 2023. BDNS code:719985 FIRST. Object and purpose of the call. The purpose of this call is to grant subsidies, on a competitive basis, for the implementation of patron saint festival projects in the neighborhoods, limiting the granting to a municipal subsidy per neighborhood association and neighborhood. The projects must be developed within the 2023 year. No subsidies will be granted to urbanizations or neighborhood communities whose festivals are not intended for the general enjoyment of the neighborhood's residents. The subsidies awarded will be allocated to programs, projects or activities that encourage the active participation of citizens in the celebration of the patron saint festivities of the different neighborhoods of the city, helping to facilitate and strengthen neighborhood relations, the associative fabric and the City Council. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES. Neighborhood Associations duly constituted and registered in the Municipal Registry of Citizen Entities of Cieza may apply for these subsidies. Associations that want to apply for this call must meet the following requirements: 1. Be registered in the Municipal Registry of Associations of the Cieza City Council, prior to the publication of this call, and have their data updated in the aforementioned Registry. 2. Be up to date with your tax and Social Security obligations and have no debt with the Cieza City Council or subsidy pending justification. 3. Not incur any of the prohibitions to obtain the status of beneficiary of the subsidies provided for in article 13 of Law 38/2003, of November 7, General Subsidies. THIRD. Amount. The total amount allocated for this purpose is 10,000 euros, charged to budget application 90060 9240A 48901. FOURTH. Formalization of applications, place and deadline for submission Interested associations must submit to the general registry of the City Council the application contained in ANNEX I, which will be provided free of charge to interested parties at the offices of the Department of Citizen Participation, located on the 1st Floor of the Capitol Theater or by email. The request must be signed by the President of the Association or, failing that, by the representative designated by the Association for such purposes. Applications will preferably be submitted to the General Registry of the City Council, as well as through any of the means established in article 16 of Law 39/2015, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations. The grant application must be submitted accompanied by the following documentation: a. All documents included in the model ANNEX I. b. Copy of the DNI of the person who signs the application. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days from the day following its publication in the electronic headquarters of the Cieza City Council. It will also be published in the National Subsidies Base. The period for correcting defects and/or submitting the required documentation will be 10 days from the day following receipt of the corresponding notification, with an indication that after the same has elapsed without having corrected the lack or providing the requested documents, the interested party will be considered to have withdrawn from his or her application following a resolution that must be issued in the terms provided for in article 94 of Law 39/2015, of October 1, of the Common Administrative Procedure of the Public Administrations. The City Council may request, if it considers it appropriate for the resolution of the procedure, any other document it deems appropriate, for the purposes of clarifying the file, as well as verification of the data collected in the request. Associations that require it may rely on the advice of the Department of Citizen Participation and Neighborhood Relations until the day before the end of the application submission period.
