TEXT: BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in the present BOJA. First. Call. The granting of subsidies under a competitive competition regime aimed at the transfer of knowledge and information to farmers and ranchers within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2022, in the maximum amount of 450,000 euros, is called for the period 2023-2024. The subsidies are co-financed by the European Union, which participates 90% through the European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development (EAFRD). For its part, the Administration of the Regional Government of Andalusia does so at 10%, with the granting of these subsidies being conditional on existing budgetary availability. The budget items to which the aid corresponding to this call will be allocated, as well as the maximum amount allocated to the aid, will be the following: -Transfer of knowledge and information to farmers and ranchers through widely disseminated technical conferences (operation 1.2.3). Non-profit entities that provide the service of knowledge and information transfer through the celebration of widely disseminated technical conferences. The final recipients of the activities will be people who carry out their activities in the agricultural, food and forestry sectors, land managers and other economic agents that constitute SMEs whose scope of action is rural areas (operation 1.2.3). The final recipients of the activities will be the people who carry out their activities in the olive grove sector, land managers and other economic agents that constitute SMEs whose scope of action is the rural areas of the olive grove territories (operation 1.2.1). Third. Object. The purpose is to call for aid to promote actions that result in the transfer of knowledge and information relevant to the agricultural sector in general, and also specifically in the olive sector, through the holding of technical conferences. Room. Regulatory bases. This call will be regulated by the Order of May 4, 2016, which approves the regulatory bases for granting subsidies, under a competitive competition regime, aimed at the transfer of knowledge and information to farmers and ranchers, within the framework of the Andalusian Rural Development Program 2014-2020 (Submeasure 1.2), modified by the Order of July 31, 2017 (Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, no. 150, of August 7, 2017) and the Order of October 3, 2019 (Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía, no. 196, of October 10, 2019). Fifth. Amount. The maximum amount per beneficiary for the widely disseminated technical sessions will be 25,000 euros, with a maximum limit of 1 session per beneficiary entity and execution period. When the event is international in nature, valued when more than 50% of the people participating in the presentations belong to public or private entities of a community or international nature, the maximum amount will be 30,000 euros. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be one month from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, is published in the Official Gazette of the Junta de Andalucía. When during the submission period an interested person submits several applications for aid, the last one submitted within the deadline will be considered to cancel all previous ones. Seventh.
