SOCIAL SERVICES.- Call for subsidies for programs and activities related to the promotion of the principle of gender equality, intended for City Councils of up to 5,000 inhabitants and EATIMS in the province of Ciudad Real. Year 2023. FIRST.- OBJECT: The purpose of this call is the granting of subsidies, on a competitive basis with prior objective distribution, for the implementation of programs and activities that promote the principle of gender equality, as well as the participation of women in all areas of society and especially in those related to training and employment. SECOND.- BENEFICIARIES: Municipalities with up to 5,000 inhabitants and EATIMS of the province of Ciudad Real that carry out programs whose objective is the defense of women's rights and equal opportunities will be able to access the subsidies of this call. THIRD.- REGULATORY BASES: The Regulatory Regulation of the Economic Assistance and Municipal Cooperation Plan of the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real will apply, approved by the Plenary Session of this Provincial Corporation, in a session dated April 29, 2022, and published in the B.O.P. No. 121 of June 24, 2022, and supplementarily the legislation regulating public subsidies, the provisions established in Law 39/2015 of October 1, on the Common Administrative Procedure of Public Administrations and Law 40/2015 on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, are also applicable. Likewise, the provisions of the Ordinance Regulating the Electronic Management of Administrative Procedures in the Provincial Council of Ciudad Real and the provision of electronic services to the City Councils of the province (BOP of June 29, 2015) apply. FOURTH.- DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM: The assigned amounts are determined by objective criteria (fixed amount per number of inhabitants). FIFTH.- SUBMISSION DEADLINE: The deadline for submitting subsidy applications will be FIFTEEN CALENDAR DAYS counting from the day following the date of publication in the Official Gazette of the Province.
