ANNOUNCEMENT Extract from the agreement adopted by the Plenary Session of the Pinto City Council on August 17, 2023, by which the regulatory bases and call for applications were initially approved for the granting of aid for the adaptation of homes of people who use day centers, linked to the agreement between the Community of Madrid, through the Department of Family, Youth and Social Policy and the Pinto City Council, for the execution of projects charged to the European Funds from the Recovery and Resilience Mechanism. After their regulatory exposure to the public, without any allegations, claims or suggestions against them having been presented, they are finally approved and published in full. In accordance with the provisions of article 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, an extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (htpp://pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans): BDNS(Identif.): xxxxxxx First.- Beneficiaries.- Users of Day Centers registered in the municipality of Pinto. Second.- Purpose.- Granting of subsidies on a competitive basis, aimed at adapting the homes of Day Center users who meet the established requirements. Third.- Regulatory bases.- The Plenary Session of the Pinto City Council held on August 17, 2023, initially approved the regulatory bases and this call in the same act, published on the City Council's notice board and on the Pinto City Council website. Fourth.- Amount.- The procedure is called under a competitive competition regime, charged to the credit available to budget item D01.231.48041 of the Pinto City Council budget for 2023, for a maximum amount of €165,129.72; intended for the granting of subsidies for "Adaptation of homes for users of Day Centers." Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications.- Subsidy applications, together with the appropriate annexes and the required documentation, will be submitted to the Registry of the City Council of Pinto, in person or electronically, or in any of the ways provided for in article 14 LPACAP, and will be addressed to the Department of Social Services, with the deadline for submission being within a period of one month from the day following publication in the OFFICIAL BULLETIN OF THE COMMUNITY OF MADRID, sent by the BDNS.
