REGULATORY BASES XVII POSTER CONTEST NOVEMBER 25, INTERNATIONAL DAY AGAINST GENDER VIOLENCE. 1. The Department of “Dona i Igualtat” of the Xàtiva City Council calls this contest with the aim of rewarding the best work that has to illustrate the campaign against gender violence that during the month of November 2023 will be carried out by this Department.2. All ESO and Baccalaureate students from Xàtiva institutes can participate. The posters must include the legend: “November 25, International Day against Gender Violence” and leave space to insert the official logos3. The posters must have a format of 32 x 48.5 cm and must be on paper. There is no limitation of technique or procedure as long as this does not imply inconveniences when reproducing it in print. 4. The posters must be sent to the Department of “Dona i Igualtat” (Casa de les Dones), the deadline will be November 6 of this year. 5. Neither the name nor the signature of the artist must appear on the posters; Inside a closed envelope you must put a photocopy of the author's ID, address and telephone number. Outside, a pseudonym and the name of the contest must be stated. 6. The qualifying jury will be made up of the municipal equality agent, a member of the Municipal Council of Women for Equality and chaired by the Councilor for “Dona i Igualtat” of the Hon. Xativa City Council.7. A first prize of €300, a second prize of €200 and a third prize of €100 will be awarded. The winning posters will remain the property of the Department of “Dona i Igualtat”, which will exercise any right of reproduction or exploitation. 8. Participation in this contest implies full acceptance of these rules. 9. Financing of the subsidy. The prizes for the XVII Poster Contest on November 25, International Day against Gender Violence, will be processed by budget application 4G1/2311/48900, according to credit retention number 12023000023757.10. Applicable regulations: The prizes will be governed by the provisions of Law 38/2003 of November 17, General of Subsidies, the Regulations of the General Law of Subsidies and by these Bases. 11. Validity of the Bases: These Bases will remain in force during this call.
