REGULATORY BASES AND CALL FOR THE GRANTING OF AID TO FARMERS FOR THE MAINTENANCE OF THE LANDSCAPE OF THE VALÈNCIA PRIMERA ORCHARD. Object of the subsidy The Consell de l'Horta de València has directly granted nominative subsidies with reference S92660, under the CHDV Program 711.11, to the town councils adhering to the Consortium for the maintenance of the landscape of the garden of València. Specifically, to the Almàssera City Council a subsidy in the amount of €4,000.00. With this call for a subsidy, article 45 – The agricultural development plan of the Valencian orchard – of Law 5/2018, of March 6, of the Generalitat Valenciana, of l'Horta de València [hereinafter, LHV], is being fulfilled, which states that the Agrarian Development Plan of l'Horta de València is the strategic instrument that aims to improve income for people dedicated to agriculture and agricultural companies, guaranteeing the economic profitability of agricultural holdings and the survival of the orchard. The purpose of the subsidy is to contribute and complement the aid that the Valencian orchard municipalities implement for the maintenance of the landscape of the Valencian orchard in the territorial scope of the Consorci del Consell de l'Horta de València, in development of that provided for in Law 5/2018 of l'Horta de València and Decree 219/2018, of November 30, of the Consell, by which the Territorial action plan for the organization and revitalization of l'Horta de València, the principles of which the requests of the town councils will have to respect. Therefore, on the part of the Almàssera City Council, in accordance with section Tenth. 5, the amount has been supplemented with €800.00 (20%), raising the total amount to €4,800.00. Local entities will finance the amounts derived from the granting of subsidies for people who carry out the economic activity of agriculture, understood as both the cultivation of land and the marketing of their products. SECOND. Requirements to obtain the status of beneficiary Farmers, both natural and legal, may be beneficiaries of this aid if they meet all of the following requirements: Be a professional farmer, in accordance with the definition contained in the Law of 19/1995, of July 4, on the modernization of agricultural holdings. Be registered with the AEAT and Social Security in the corresponding regime, with a minimum seniority of 6 months as of the date of publication of this call. Be up to date with your tax obligations and with the General Social Security Treasury (TGSS), as well as have no outstanding debt with the Almàssera town council. This requirement must be met from the date of submission of the application until the date of payment of the subsidy, if applicable. Compliance with tax and Social Security obligations will be accredited by means of a responsible declaration (with authorization to access the City Council for verification). The responsible declaration regarding the absence of debts with the state, regional or local treasury and with Social Security will be verified ex officio by the city council. Not be subject to any of the circumstances included in article 13.2 and 13.3 of Law 38/2003, of November 17, general on subsidies. Be the owner of an agricultural holding in Almàssera, for which the aid is requested. This requirement will be accredited by submitting the corresponding registration in the General Registry of Agricultural Production (REGEPA), Campaign 2023, which includes the identification of the polygon and plot, as well as its surface area. Only a single application may be submitted per farmer, who must have their tax residence established in Almàssera. The local entity will verify the suitability of the documentation provided, as well as the veracity of the data contained therein. THIRD. Amount of aid, financing and amount of subsidy The maximum amount of aid that each beneficiary may receive is €600 per applicant.
