Official description of the call
First.- Objective To facilitate the employability and employability of the student workers of the dual employment workshop “FORUM DUAL”, in the specialties of Social and Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions and Kitchen of the Carballo City Council, financed through the 2022 call for aid and subsidies for dual employment workshops of the Department of Employment Promotion and Equality of the Xunta de Galicia. Second.- Beneficiaries The following entities may be beneficiaries of the hiring incentives: Employers and companies, whatever the legal form they adopt, including self-employed persons (self-employed workers), civil societies and communities of property, even if they lack legal personality, non-profit entities (associations, foundations), congregations and religious entities and other organizations in which the requirements established in these bases meet. That they hire employed workers to provide services in work centers located in the territorial scope of the dual employment workshops related to occupations or jobs linked to: - Social and health care for dependent people (caregivers, geroculturists, home help assistants or similar) in the corresponding professional category. - Kitchen: Cook or kitchen assistant in the corresponding professional category. For the hiring of students/workers of the specialty “Social Health Care for Dependent Persons in Social Institutions”, the beneficiary entities must be owners, contractors of the management or similar, of social initiative or private initiative centers (residences, day centers, home help services, etc.) that provide social health care services in the areas of geriatrics (seniors) and/or in the field of disability to people on a partial, temporary or permanent stay. Third.- Amount and Budget Availability The total amount of the call is €18,000.00, in a single payment. There is adequate and sufficient credit in budget item 2412.470.00.- Hiring Incentives. Temporary hiring will be incentivized with a fixed subsidy of €1,500.00 for each worker registered with Social Security with a minimum full-time contract of 3 months, until the funds are exhausted. The maximum number of contracts to be incentivized under this call will be 12, distributed by specialty: - Socio-health care for dependent people in social institutions: 8 - Kitchen: 4 Fourth.- Regulatory Bases The publication of the regulatory bases was made in the Official Gazette of the Province of A Coruña no. 197, dated October 16, 2023. Fifth.- Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be five (5) business days counted from the day following the publication of the extract of the call in the Official Gazette of the Province of Coruña (BOP) through the BDNS. Sixth.- Form of submission of applications Aid applications will be submitted to the electronic headquarters of the Carballo City Council (https://sede.carballo.gal/opencms/gl/). All administrative procedures that interested entities must carry out during the processing of the procedures provided for in these bases must be carried out electronically. Seventh.- Formalization of hiring Temporary hiring that benefits from this call will have to be formalized, in general, within fifteen days following the end of the dual employment workshop “Forum Dual”.
