AID DIRECTED TO RETIRED PEOPLE FROM SEDAVÍ WITH LITTLE RESOURCES TO COLLABORATE WITH THEIR EXPENSES FOR REGULAR HOUSING 2023

Official description of the call

First. Beneficiaries: Natural persons who meet the following requirements may be beneficiaries of the social aid regulated in these bases: 1. Be over 65 years of age on the start date of the period for submitting applications, and be a usufructuary, owner or tenant of the habitual residence in this order, which will determine the exclusion of the remaining modalities mentioned. In any case, you can only be a beneficiary of a single aid. 2. Registration a) Be registered in Sedaví at least two years prior to the start date of the application submission period. b) Be registered in the habitual residence, for which the aid is requested, prior to the start date of the period for submitting applications that will be established in the annual call. 3. Have the I.B.I. receipt paid. of the financial year prior to the one corresponding to the year of the request, as well as being up to date with the other financial obligations with the City Council. 4. Not having the family unit with sufficient economic resources. The one considered for tax purposes will be considered a family unit. In no case will the requested benefit be granted when the total sum of the income of the family unit exceeds the following limits: The annual income of the family unit may not exceed €20,160 (IPREM Annual of 2023 of 14 payments (€8,400.00) x 2.4). 5. In the event that the person requesting aid does not appear as the owner of the home in a public registry, they must provide one of the following documents: a) Deed or will where they appear as beneficiary. b) If rented, present a rental contract and provide supporting documentation of having paid the I.B.I. on the date of the request. This circumstance will exclude the owner of the home as a beneficiary. c) In the event that the applicant shares the usufruct, ownership or lease with other people who have also requested aid for a single home, it will be prorated proportionally. Second. Object. This call establishes the rules that govern the granting of aid to retired people from Sedaví with limited resources to help with their habitual residence expenses. The purpose of these social aid is to assist in the expenses for the habitual residence of retired people from Sedaví with limited resources. Third. Regulatory bases The regulatory bases were published in BOP number 205 of October 24, 2023 Fourth. Amount The aid granted under this call will be charged to Budget Application 2310-48004 SeR_SoC. Transfer of Senior Citizen Aid (Housing) from the General Budget of the Sedaví City Council for the year 2023, with an initial amount of €23,750.00. However, in accordance with the provisions of article 58 of Royal Decree 887/2006, of July 21, which approves the Regulation of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the aforementioned amount may be increased, prior to the resolution of the applications submitted, without this giving rise to a new call. The effectiveness of the additional amount is conditional on the declaration of availability of the credit at a time prior to the resolution of the granting of the subsidies. If the number of concessions exceeds the maximum amount of consignment after the modification of credits, the scale will be carried out in the terms provided in these bases. The individualized amount of each aid is 100 euros. Fifth. Application submission period The start of the application submission period will be the following publication in the BOP and the duration will be 15 business days. Sixth. Other information The application may be submitted electronically at the Electronic Headquarters of the Sedaví City Council, or at the City Council Registry.
