* BDNS (Identf.): * * In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database * (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/convocatoria/) * * * First.- Beneficiaries. * * Private centers agreed with Special Education units * that meet the requirements set out in the fourth base of the Order of the * Ministry of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, of May 10, 2023, which approves the regulatory bases for the * granting of subsidies under a non-competitive competition regime and of * indefinite validity intended to cover the expenses derived from * school transportation to certain private centers agreed with * special education units. * * Second.- Regulatory bases. * * By Order No. 320/2023, of May 10, of the Excma. Mrs. Counselor * of Education, Universities, Culture and Sports, the regulatory bases * for the granting of non-competitive subsidies * with indefinite validity are approved for private centers * arranged with Special Education units, to cover the expenses * derived from school transportation. * * Third.- Amount. * * An amount of * six hundred and eighty-nine thousand euros (689,000.00 euros) is allocated for this call for subsidies, for the * period September to December 2023. * * Fourth.- Application submission deadlines. * * The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days starting * from the day following the publication of the extract in the * Official Gazette of the Canary Islands. * * Fifth.- Resolution and notification period. * * The deadline for resolution and notification of this call will be * six months, counted from the day following the end of * submission of applications, which may not exceed the deadline that * may be set by Order of the Ministry of Finance and * Budgets. * * Sixth.- Delegation. * * The power to grant the subsidies object of this call is delegated to the head of the General Directorate of * Administration of Centers, Schooling and Complementary Services. * * This delegation of competence implies the extension of the * amount of the call when it does not require a new * call, the issuing of the resolution that declares the subsidy justified, totally * or partially, or not justified, the initiation and * resolution of the refund procedure, and any resolutions * necessary for the application of this Order. The resolutions that * are issued in the exercise of this delegation must * expressly state this circumstance, and will be considered issued by * the delegating body. * * * * THE COUNSEL OF EDUCATION, VOCATIONAL TRAINING, PHYSICAL ACTIVITY AND * SPORTS. * *
