Official description of the call
In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans). First. Beneficiaries To qualify for the awards referred to in these regulatory bases, the applicant must meet the following requirements: a) Not be over 45 years of age as of December 31, 2023. b) Have a contractual relationship with the UMH, at least, until December 31, 2023. Have produced, as preferred author, a relevant scientific publication published between January 1, 2019 and the closing date of the call and, furthermore, in modality A) Publication linked to a UMH doctoral program, the manuscript must have been published within the period in which the applicant has been enrolled in the Doctoral Program and before the reading of the thesis. The first or last author, as well as the corresponding author, is considered a preferred author. Second. Purpose The purpose of this call that regulates these bases is to grant awards in recognition of research work for scientific publications carried out by young researchers from the UMH. For this, up to a maximum of 20 prizes will be awarded (10 first prizes of 2,500 Euros and 10 second prizes of 1,500 Euros) distributed by branch of knowledge and in these two modalities: a) Modality A: Young researchers whose publications have been made linked to a UMH doctoral program: 5 first prizes of 2,500 Euros and 5 second prizes of 1,500 Euros. b) Modality B: Young researchers whose publications are not linked to a UMH doctoral program: 5 first prizes of 2,500 Euros and 5 second prizes of 1,500 Euros. Deadline for submitting applications The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days from the day following the publication of this call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana (DOGV).
