Extract from the Resolution of November 13, 2023, of the Presidency of the Generalitat, by which, for the year 2023, subsidies are called for the sanitation of the municipalities of the Valencian Community in particular economic-financial difficulty. BDNS (Identif): In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3 b and 20.8 a of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database: (http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/index): First: Beneficiaries: City Councils of the Comunitat Valenciana that present a level of outstanding debt greater than 110% of current income settled in fiscal year 2022, in the terms provided in article 53 of the Consolidated Text of the Law regulating local treasuries, approved by Royal Legislative Decree 2/2004, of March 5, and final provision thirty-first of Law 17/2012, of December 27, of General State Budgets for the year 2013. Second: Purpose. Call, for the financial year 2023, subsidies for the sanitation of the municipalities of the Valencian Community in particular economic-financial difficulty. Third: Regulatory bases. Fifth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 business days counted from the day following the publication of the resolution of the call in the Official Gazette of the Generalitat Valenciana. The reduction of living capital of long-term financial debt operations formalized with banking entities and provided for non-ordinary amortizations will be eligible for subsidy through the subsidy program called for by this resolution.
