BDNS: In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b) and 20.8.a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the extract of the call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the National Subsidies Database (https://www.pap.hacienda.gob.es/bdnstrans/GE/es/index) and in this BOJA. First. Call. The following line of subsidies is called for the financial year 2024, in the form of concession under a competitive competition regime, within the scope of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries, Water and Rural Development, in the maximum total amount specified and charged to the budgetary credits that are also indicated: Line: Subsidies to associations of breeders of Spanish native breeds of Andalusia. Maximum Amount: 317,447.56 euros (three hundred and seventeen thousand, four hundred and forty-seven and fifty-six euros). Budget items: -1400180000 G/71B/78206/00 S0600 2007003022, for an amount of 158,723.78 euros, annuity 2024. - 1400010000 G/71B/78206/00 01 2020000055, for an amount of 158,723.78 euros, annuity 2025. Second. Beneficiaries. Organizations or associations of livestock breeders, which meet the requirements established in the Order of December 5, 2012, which establishes the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of native Spanish breeds in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia and in article 2 of Royal Decree 1625/2011, of November 14, which establishes the regulatory bases for subsidies for the promotion of Spanish native breeds. Third. Object. Promote native Spanish breeds of Andalusia, especially those that are threatened (previously in danger of extinction). Room. Regulatory bases. Order of December 5, 2012, establishing the regulatory bases for the granting of subsidies for the promotion of native Spanish breeds in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia, regulated in Royal Decree 1625/2011, of November 14. Fifth. Maximum amount per beneficiary. The allocation of the subsidy line intended for the promotion of Spanish native breeds in the Autonomous Community of Andalusia is made in the first section of this extract. The maximum amount of the individual subsidy, by race and annuity, will be that provided for in article 7 of Royal Decree 1625/2011, of November 14. Sixth. Application submission deadline. The deadline for submitting applications will be 10 calendar days from the day following the day on which the extract provided for in article 20.8 a) of Law 38/2003, of November 17, is published in the Official Gazette of the Government of Andalusia. Seventh. Other data. The application forms and other necessary information are published in this BOJA together with the call.
