* In accordance with the provisions of articles 17.3.b and 20.8.a of * Law 38/2003, of November 17, General Subsidies, the * Extract of the Call is published, the full text of which can be consulted in the * National Subsidies Database: * http://www.pap.minhap.gob.es/bdnstrans/es/index * First.- Purpose. * The purpose of this call is to grant, on a * competitive basis, subsidies for the promotion of * supported employment projects in the areas of disability and mental health in * companies in the ordinary labor market, as well as * awareness and visibility projects in said areas, in the * territorial scope of the Autonomous Community of the Canary Islands, in the terms * provided for in the First Base contained in Annex A. * Second.- Entities benefiting from the subsidies. * Supported employment and * awareness and visibility projects that are subsidized by public and private * entities provided for in the fourth base of the * Regulatory Bases may be developed. * Third.- Budget allocation. * The subsidies provided for in this call will be financed, * in the amount of THREE MILLION EUROS (€3,000,000), from the credit * included in the SCE expenditure budget in budget item * 2023 5001 241L 470.02.00 504G1420 IMPULSE PROJECT * EMPLOYABILITY PEOPLE WITH DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH. * Of the aforementioned amount, two different lines are established for the * eligible projects, according to the following distribution: * 1) Employment with support in the amount of TWO MILLION EIGHT HUNDRED THOUSAND * EUROS (€2,800,000), charged to the credit entered in the budget of * SCE expenses in budget item 2023 5001 241L 470.02.00 * 504G1420 PROJECT TO PROMOTE EMPLOYABILITY FOR PEOPLE WITH DISABILITIES AND * MENTAL HEALTH. * 2) Awareness and visibility projects for an amount of * TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND EUROS (€200,000), charged to the credit entered in the * SCE expenditure budget in budget item 2023 5001 * 241L 470.02.00 504G1420 PROJECT TO BOOST EMPLOYABILITY PEOPLE WITH * DISABILITY AND MENTAL HEALTH. * In any case, if there is an unallocated amount left over in any of the * Lines, it may be allocated to any of the others until its total * application, taking into account the following distribution criteria: * - The funds not assigned to Line 1 will go to Line 2 whenever * there are unattended requests * - The unassigned funds in Line 2 of action will * increase the credit of Line 1 as long as there are unattended requests. * Fourth.- Amount of subsidies. * 1. For the Supported Employment lines, with a budget allocation of * €2,800,000: * They will be eligible for subsidies: * 1.1. The labor and Social Security costs that are generated * during the development period of the project and, up to three months * before the start date of the project for its preparation, if already * hired, of the specialist workers for the execution * of the Project, hired by the promoting entity, with up to * a maximum of 5 specialist people per requesting entity. * 1.2. Expenses incurred will be considered to be those that were actually * paid prior to the end of the justification period. * 1.3. The maximum amount of subsidy per employment project with * support is established based on the number of workers with the * type and degree of disability who are recipients of the employment actions with * support corresponding to a full-time working day: * • 11,083.33 euros per year for each worker, in the case of * workers with cerebral palsy, mental illness or with * intellectual disability, with a recognized degree of disability * equal to or greater than 65 percent. * • 6,650 euros per year for each worker, in the case of * workers with cerebral palsy, mental illness or with * intellectual disabilities, with a recognized degree of disability equal to * or greater than 33 percent and less than 65 percent. * • 4,156.25 euros annually for each worker, in the case of * workers with physical or sensory disabilities with a recognized degree of * disability equal to or greater than 65 percent and deaf people * and with hearing impairment, with a recognized degree of disability * equal to or greater than 33 percent. * • 1,625 eur
