Official description of the call
Beneficiaries: Natural persons who meet the requirements established in the Second Base of the Regulatory Ordinance, which among others are: -Be registered and habitually reside in the municipality of Bétera for at least six months as of the date on which the application is registered by entry registration. -Be over 18 years of age or be legally emancipated or, failing that, have legally initiated the legal emancipation process. -Not having sufficient financial resources to face the situation of need raised. Purpose: Define the conditions and procedure to follow for the request and granting of Economic Benefits in order to prevent situations of risk or social exclusion, attention to basic needs and social emergencies of citizens. Requirements to request the subsidy and documentation to provide: They are established in the second Base of the Regulatory Ordinance. Scoring criteria: They are established in Base Ten of the Ordinance and in the call itself. Regulatory bases: Regulatory Ordinance of the specific Bases for the granting of economic social benefits in the field of Social Services published in BOP No. 227 of 11-24-2016 and its modifications published in BOP No. 214 of 11-08-2017, in BOP No. 02-16-2022 and in BOP No. 224 of 11-22-2022, and on the website. of the Bétera City Council. Amount: The maximum amount of the budgetary credit for this call is €460,000. The expenses inherent to this subsidy will be financed from budget application 208/2310/48001. Social Emergency and Basic Needs Program. Deadline for submission of applications: From the day following the publication of this call or 01-01-2024 (in case it is published before 12-31-2023) and until October 31, 2024. Resources: the resolution of this subsidy puts an end to the administrative route, with an optional appeal for replacement.
